House Interior visualization

We need 3D Renderings of a house interior and specifically 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. All the data and the 3d model is provided by us and most of the furniture and features also. We would prefer the renders to be done via V-ray for best result. The exterior of the house is visualised already and also provided. Looking for an expert 3d modeller, not only for one project but for a steady business relationship. Please check the features and files carefully before bidding. Furniture that aren't provided by us must be created or replaced by similar.
