House Facade Modifications - 3D Artist

I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to modify the front of a house in a picture. The goal is to modify the facade to make it look like another house (facade material, window designs) while respecting the global structure. The inside of the house would stay the same, and so, the entrance should stay in the same place, the garage in the same place, etc.

I would like the exterior of the gray brick house with black windows. The facade of the beige house is the one that needs to be changed.

Requirements:
- Change the color scheme to a gray palette, and change it for bricks
- Modify specific architectural elements, including:
- Entrance door design
- Window styles
- Roof shape
