[House] 3D Exterior modeling + deep foundations

I want to build my house. The plans are almost finished, and before choosing the house building company, I would like to have a 3D "overview" of what will be constructed.
So I need to create a realistic 3D visualization for this residential/family house construction project I am planning to build.
This include the 'external' house + deep foundations for the house (based on micropiles... this may be the tricky part^^) + basement of the house (kind of existing cellar). I provide all needed 2D plans.
By "realistic" I mean something like the attached 2 pictures, in order to be able to view the house from all sides (using tool like SketchUp or any other BIM software).
If collaboration ends well, I will then request a realistic 3D interior modeling through another project. :)
