Hourglass sculpture

I have an STL file that I would like to modify so it more closely matches a reference image. The goal is to make the necessary adjustments in order to prepare the model for 3D printing. If needed, I can provide the file in a different format.
One of the key elements to improve is the sand inside the hourglass, which should resemble the reference image more accurately.
