3D Hotel Trailer

In order to convince investors, we need a realistic 3D video trailer of about 1 minute with the overall view of the hotel (a room shot, a lobby shot, a nightclub shot, and a restaurant shot, and the exterior of the hotel).
We were thinking of using the Unreal Engine 5 for this project, so that we could turn it into a video game later.
Before we get into the details of the project, can you give me an approximation in terms of work time and price (wide range) to create 6 hotel scenes in 3D with Unreal Engine 5?
We'll provide you with some artworks that you can use as inspiration for the design, it's a slightly futuristic and very premium design.
It's difficult for us to give you more details now without getting an NDA signed. Please, can you come back to me with a quote whose idea is: a trailer filmed in the 3D universe, including an aerial shot and some interior shots of rooms (5 or 6 different rooms).
Also, we would need to know by when the work could be delivered at the latest, as we are pressed for time.
