Hostess Cupcake Styled Swirl on 3D Model "Top"

I'm looking for a skilled 3D designer who can modify my model named "Top", which has holes specific to K9 nose work, to have a simple swirl pattern resembling a Hostess Cupcake. The model should include holes, just like the real cupcake. I've included original example without holes named "Cupcake Top".
