Hospital Model and Walk through

We are currently building a 5 floor hospital and can provide floor plans. We need a 3d version of the hospital showcasing the capabilities inside the hospital like a virtual walk through in some parts and some parts can be just floor designs. it is for marketing. We would like to know the estimated costs associated and the time it would take to create such a model / animation.
