Home remodeling

Bungalow home is old and needs remodeling to add a second floor above. Additional columns will be needed on outside of current building to strengthen before adding four (4) additional rooms Above the current four (4) rooms on the ground floor. Will be adding a wooden deck above ( now third floor), with bar, lounge, side rails around entire wooden lounge for sight-seeing, party with friends.
