Home plan

I'm looking for a two-story home plan with an estimated square footage of 2000-3000 sq ft. I'm specifically looking for a plan that addresses my specific room requirements so that the plan is tailored to my individual needs. This would include the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, a designated laundry room, and other desired elements. My plan should include an open floor plan to maximize usable living space. If possible, I would also like outdoor living spaces or features included in the plan.
