3D Home Modeling & Interior Design
Budget: $100 – $125 USD
We are in the business of Real Estate where we offer our clients different plots for their future home. We show them 3D Designs with Interiors so they can understand how their home would look like.
So, here is the job description, if you have any query please let us know.
1) You will need to convert our CAD Designs into Modeling. There are 3 Floor Plans e.g. Basement, Ground Floor & Top Floor with bedrooms, swimming pool, gym, cinema, kitchen and garden etc. You can study the plans provided.
2) You will have to use same interior style as shown in image/video with furniture, curtains & lamps etc.
3) We don't mind if you use any Free 3D models available on internet but it should be good quality and pretty in rendering
4) You must do Modeling, Texturing, Lightening & Rendering as per project needs.
5) You will have to deliver Rendered views of following with High Res in JPEG Format
Swimming Pool (View from garden), Basement (View from stairs), Bedrooms (views from entrance door to balcony), Kitchen (View from entrance), Garden (View from far cornor of swimming pool), Stairs (View from garden), Gym (View from door), Cinema (View from door), Lounge (any good view), Passage (view angle to cover all passage)
You can adjust view angle for best shot of rendering
6) You should also render a view of exterior to show complete home from outside. A good angle of view in rendering can be enough to render only one good exterior shot.
7) All payments will be made through Escrow service of Freelancer.com. Your full payment will be already deposited to escrow account so you can begin your work. Once the job is done, you will get your payment from Escrow.
9) As you can use any free models from internet so, you should make good interiors with good furniture/chandlers/lights/lamps/curtains etc.
10) You must follow the measurements of CAD Designs with exact units of Inches & Foots
Once we have a good 3D Modeler & Designer for our project who understands our demands and delivers as per our requirements, we will hire him/her for our next projects as well.
We have marked numbers and matched it to sample images so you can understand what it looks and feels like. We have also provided a link of video so you can have tour of home.
If you ever feel confused in CAD Designs, you can always ask and we will let you understand.
Our home CAD floor plans are different from the original home shown in video but it is almost identical so you can understand in a better way.
