Home Design using SketchUp or another 3D modelling program

I am looking for a talented and experienced designer who can create interior and exterior design layouts for my home using SketchUp or another 3D modelling program.

I have the design largely complete in my mind, but I need to have something to show to a contractor.

This home will be built in a remote part of Costa Rica, so there are some specific building materials and methods that I will need to brief you on. The plans do not need to meet U.S. standards for code, however, so that will make it easier. Also, I'm looking for something quite simple.

Space Size:
- The space that needs to be designed is between 1000-2000 square feet.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SketchUp or another 3D modelling program.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to bring specific designs to the page.
- A portfolio showcasing previous architectural design projects would be a plus.

You do not need to be an architect to work on this, but clearly some familiarity with architectural concepts will help a lot.
