Historical steps off of deck

We need a three dimensional steps drawn up on blueprints that come off the deck for the Pentagoet Inn in Castine Maine. It is a Historical building and needs to be just like it was in 1790. The steps need to be 7 1/4 inch risers and 11 inches on the treads. We also need a kick plate up the stairs with handrails above kick plate . I will send you a picture of what it used to look like back in 1790 and I will also show you what it looks like now, also I will send you, what we sent the town that they did not except because it wasn’t three dimensional.
