Historical Home Renovation Plans

I'm seeking detailed 3D models and construction documents for a historical house renovation.

Requirements:
- 3D models: pre-renovation, post-renovation, and post-rendering
- Construction documents for permit submission: models, elevations, plans, sections
- Kitchen expansion (layout provided), bathroom addition, new 2-car carriage house, connecting covered area with outdoor kitchen, and a small pool
- Updated electrical layout
- Existing dimensions and photos, plus a non-Sketchup 3D rendered model of the first floor will be provided
