Hiring 3d animators for Aircraft animation

We are looking to hire talented 3d animators/firm on a monthly basis who can animate Fighter planes, Camera and Missiles to cinematic accuracy. The work involves only animating the given models.
Our focus is:
1. Camera framing and animation:
This involves accurately animating Camera movements as if it is placed on another aircraft flying with the main Fighter plane. We need to get a proper feel of what is seen in the shot. So framing is important.
2. Fighter jet animations:
Animating the jets on a path with accurate speed. And following complete dynamics of the plane when it turns or performs any mid air activity. Even when flying straight there will be turbulence - little random movements. So attention to detail in aircrafts only. No flaps animations details needed. You need to animate a single overall controller of the jet.
3. Add a panoramic sky JPG (no HDR needed) and make easy terrain via heightmaps (geometry displacement) according to the given storyboard. Need not be accurate or textured, just of similar feeling. Same for clouds. Simple cut out clouds (texture planes) to be used as placeholders when required.
All storyboards, models and rigs will be provided (other than terrain). Initial training for how to do it quickly and accurately will be provided. Let us know your monthly cost for hire for above tasks, and your expected output per day. Samples for study are attached.
You'll be hired for a paid sample first.
NOTE: You'll need to share your screen via teamviewer so our supervisors can review real time whenever needed. We're on a tight deadline, so dont want to review AFTER the whole thing is done incorrectly.
