I am looking for an experienced 3D designer to create a highly detailed 3D model of a two and a half storey house based on the provided 2D floor plans. The model should include furniture, decor, and all architectural elements. Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements are critical.
Key Deliverables:
-Complete 3D model of the entire house, including the ground floor, first floor, and second floor layouts.
-Interior detailing: Wall heights, door and window placements, stairs, lift, and balconies should be accurately represented.
-Basic exterior structure: Including balconies, terraces, and the overall building façade.
-Accurate measurements based on the provided 2D floor plans (PDF format).
-The model should be editable and viewable in standard 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar).
Additional Details:
-The house is a two and a half storey building with specific room arrangements.
-The floor plan includes some furniture placement, but you may adjust the furniture layout as needed to achieve a more functional or aesthetic design.
