High quality realistic internal and external renders of multi-level town house development.
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
We are developing a 25 townhouse development, and require very high quality renders (They must be so good and realistic that they look like photos)
In short, we need 6 rich, well produced internal / external renders (impressions) for marketing purposes. These should include:
1. A dramatic image of the western elevation of the rear units
2. Internal image of finished living zone from the kitchen showing the dramatic space / view from one of the rear units
3. External of the street scape looking up the row of terraces
4. External ‘close-up’ of two of the terraces (a 1 x 1 and 3 x 2 side-by-side)
5. Internal image of indoor / outdoor connectivity in one of the 3 x 2’s (preferably northern outlook)
6. Internal angled image of typical bathroom / bedroom / balcony
With these images, it’s important to:
1. Ensure they are very high quality
2. Capture the coastal essence of the location
3. Showcase the quality of the materials / finishes
4. Be adaptable so each one on its own is good enough as a ‘lead’ image
5. Have the images look so good that buyers think the homes are already built
I have attached a PDF file titled "Terrace Green April 2021" This is the level of quality that we expect, so if you are unable to provide this level of quality, please do not quote.
