High quality interior/exterior renders for residential villa
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I'm looking for an experienced 3D artist to create highly detailed and realistic interior and exterior renders of a residential villa. I have a sketch of the villa that I require the renders to be based on and need it to be of high quality at a sufficient resolution. The final renders will be used for marketing purposes and need to be of the highest caliber. The artist must demonstrate experience in creating similar renders and be comfortable with the use of advanced 3D tools and software. Please be prepared to present a portfolio of relevant projects.
Project is due to be ready and delivered by the 15-20 April and would need to include the following:
Plan view (basement, ground floor and terrace floor)
Elevations of villa
Interior Renders
In addition to these, I wand a second set of plans to be made (roughly the same structure bit different layouts). I prefer working with someone in Europe or that's available between european work hours.
