High-Resolution Wedding Venue Pre-Construction Render

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer who can create a detailed, modern rendered image of a wedding venue that hasn't been built yet. We are ideally looking for renderings of the front view, main ballroom, cocktail and ceremony space but are willing to scale that down to work within our budget. This is a conceptual project more than a specific one. We will be sharing this with investors in order to portray an overall design idea and get a feel for the planned property use.
