High-Resolution Cavernosography 3D Reconstruction

I have DICOM files from a CT cavernosography showing a venous leak via the deep dorsal vein of the penis.
I need a detailed 3D reconstruction and segmentation of the penile venous system (deep dorsal vein, periprostatic plexus, internal pudendal veins, etc), with possible minor veins causing it, and a brief written report with annotated images.
Deliverables: interactive 3D model (or high-resolution screenshots/video), and a short report highlighting the leakage path.
And if you think there is something else that could be useful for the diagnostic in the deliverables, let me know.
