Job Description:
I am seeking a professional BIM modeler or coordinator to produce a high-quality video based on an existing firefighting system project (Navisworks). The video will showcase the project and its Level of Development (LOD) with the following key requirements:
This Video is the first one out of three
Video Features:
Professional production with smooth motion and visual effects.
Display of sprinkler names and properties in text boxes when highlighted.
Visual representation of water motion in pipes, highlighted in blue.
Background soft music for the first video (AI voice-over will be required for the second and third videos).
Content and Sequence:
Begin with an external view of the building, displaying the text:
"Industrial Active Firefighting System (Sprinklers), LOD 400"
Zoom into the riser room, highlighting each item within the system sequentially.
Continue highlighting the pipes and their components, stopping at the suspension system to detail items like bolts and nuts.
End with a close-up of a sprinkler, displaying its details.
Finish with a zoom-out from the building and display the company name on the screen, transitioning from faded to fully visible.
Theme and Quality:
Text and branding colors: #f9cf42 (primary) and #212529 (secondary).
Video resolution: 1440p or higher.
Smooth transitions and professional-grade animations.
Collaboration:
The BIM modeler must have excellent production experience.
If necessary, the work should be divided between a BIM modeler and a professional video editor.
Timeline:
The project must be completed by Wednesday, January 14th.
Additional Information:
This is the first video of a series of three. The second and third videos will require AI-generated voice narration to explain the content.
