Blender Model Creation

I'm in need of a seasoned Blender expert . We are seeking a skilled professional to edit a Blender model and add all required furniture and textures for use in three.js. The final output should be a .glb file that retains a moderate level of detail in terms of textures and materials and the mesh grouping will be in a as per floor and rooms, no object must be use other than mesh.
