I’m developing a collection of luxury villas and need an experienced architectural draftsman to translate my existing sketches into construction-ready drawings. Your main focus will be generating thoroughly detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and key joinery details in AutoCAD, keeping the refined aesthetic of high-end residential work front and center.
You’ll begin with the hand-drawn and annotated concept packages I provide, then build out fully dimensioned DWGs and clean PDFs suitable for coordination with structural, MEP, and local contractors. Precision is critical—wall assemblies, facade treatments, and bespoke interior elements must read clearly at multiple scales. I’m accustomed to the cadence of villa developments, so an organized layer structure, consistent line weights, and well-labeled drawing sets are a must.
The first villa’s drawing set should be ready for internal review within two weeks, with scope for revisions based on mark-ups. Once approved, I’ll roll you onto the remaining properties in the group. If your portfolio already demonstrates luxury residential detailing in AutoCAD, I’d love to see it along with a brief note on your typical turnaround times.
