High Detail 3D Renderings & Architectural Plans
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD

I'm looking to get photorealistic 3D renderings and architectural drawings for tiny homes and campervans. The ultimate aim is to use them for design visualization and planning.
The 3D renderings should be exquisite with a high level of detail, including precise measurements and materials. The architectural plans should mirror this level of precision.
In addition, I want the interior of the tiny homes and camper vans to be completely detailed. From the living area to the sleeping quarters, I would like each component of the interior space to be meticulously designed and rendered.
The ideal freelancer for this project is someone with exceptional skills in 3D design, architecture and architectural visualization. Prior experience in creating high-detail designs for tiny homes or camper vans would be a plus.
The drawings should be D5 stagging compatible, preparing the project for a smooth and accurate build process.
ESSENTIAL TERMS:
1) Registered Architect
2) Photo realistic D5 Output
3) Must be able to voice chat with Screen share (READ Between the Line. If you cannot meet this requirement, then DO NOT apply)
4) MUST be able to spend a MINIMUM of 6 hours a day on my project. Offering 40hours week
5) Must be able design live with me via screen share an hour a day
6) Priority to those who have season experience in designing Tiny House on wheels and Camper Vans
7) About 30 units need to be designed. I have 3D Mock-up of my designs for you to work and to be improved on. Examples attached.

8) Work is ongoing with minimum of 30 hours a week that you MUST commit to
