High Detail 3D Modeling from Image

I'm looking for a talented 3D artist who can deliver a high detailed STL 3D model extracted from an image. The model should be in the scale of inches.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in 3D modeling using STL format
- A strong eye for detail and precision
- Familiarity with conversion of images to 3D models

Experience:
- Past experience with producing highly detailed 3D models is a must
- Previous experience with working on STL format is desirable
