Help with 3D/ BIM files

We have few buildings that we want to place in an urban drawing. Want to make the files smaller and remove all installations and interior detals. We only want to keep the shell of the buildings for visualisation.

Also help with correction and stuff of the files.
the delivered files should be editeble on sketchup.
