Help me resize the clothes of my character in Blender or Marvelous.

Hi,
I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler who can help me resize the clothes for 2 characters in Blender or Marvelous, I got both Blender and Marvelous files for each Outfit but they are on different body mesh, the task is to teach me how to resize the clothes and add them to different size bodies without damaging the clothes. 1 character is a female and 1 is a male, the body mesh used to make the outfits are different than the bodies I am using now. We can do share screen for the tutorial or you can simply make videos for each Point below.
These have to be included in the Tutorial
1. Teach how to resize clothes with Blender or Marvelous or both if it's needed.
2. Teach how to add tattoos on the skins of my characters, I got 2 Tattoos packs and I don't know how to add them on bodies.
3. Teach how to properly add female heels and male shoes.
4. Teach how to export everything in zip file, with only that outfit's texture so when I upload it to Mixamo for rigging it will have all its textures and not just a gray character or mixed textures.
I am a fast learner, just make sure you teach me right.
