Help me organize my sketchup model

I have built a huge storage facility model and need help to organize the elements so that I can continue to work on it in a more organized fashion. I would like to properly tag various components of the model so that I can turn them on or off. I have included some quick renders.
I would also like a little bit of ongoing help with this model as I continue to develop it.
