Help get better prints from my Flashforge Guider 2s.

After some help in improving the quality of my 3d prints.I am trying to print a miny city but keep getting extruder lines on the bottom of the print. I am hoping it will just be something to do with my slicer settings but I am unsure, I use flashprint as my slicer but also have simplify3d. '

My printer is a flashforge guider 2s.
