Heavy-Duty hydraulic Tilting Table Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a mechanical design engineer who can turn my concept for an industrial hydraulic tilting table into a complete, fabrication-ready package. The table must safely handle heavy loads over 2 000 kg while tilting through 0–45 °, and its movement has to be managed by a fully automatic hydraulic control system with position feedback, safety interlocks, and a clean operator interface.
The schedule is tight: I’d like to kick off immediately, see a first concept layout within a few days, and iterate rapidly to final approval. Throughout, I expect solid adherence to ISO/ASME standards, careful attention to weldment rigidity, and documented strength calculations that demonstrate an adequate factor of safety at every tilt angle.
Deliverables
• 3D CAD model (SolidWorks or Inventor native files + STEP) showing frame, cylinders, and power-unit layout
• FEA report confirming the structure’s ability to withstand >2 000 kg in all positions
• Hydraulic circuit diagram, component sizing sheets, and control-logic narrative for fully automatic operation
• Detailed fabrication drawings with GD&T, material specs, and complete BOM
• Concise installation and maintenance guideline
