Hard surface modelling for 3D printing

Hello. I am looking to recreate two objects from a video.
The objects should look the same like those I provided in the references picture with lights, surface and everything.
The spheres should be high poly and ready for 3D PRINTING. It will be both used as a digital object and 3D printed object.
