Handheld Device 3D Model Creation

I'm in need of a medium detail 3D model of a handheld device for prototyping purposes.

Ideal Skills:

- Experience in designing for prototyping
- Ability to create medium-detail models

The specific type of file format can be discussed, as I have not yet made a decision on whether STL, OBJ, or FBX would be the best fit. I am looking for a professional who can offer guidance and expertise on this matter.

The Pi Device is a hand held signiling device.
it measures
• ~2" x ~3-1/2" x ~1/2' thick.
• it is Ovoid shaped with the wide end 2" diameter and narrow end ~1-1/4" diameter.
• The face and back will be slightly rounded where the center will be ~1/8" thicker than the edge.
• The face has a single button ~1-1/4" diameter. the button will be slightly raised with a siliconized non-slip surface. The button surface will have a pattern that aids in finding the center without looking.
• The back will be a siliconized non-slip surface to within 1/2" of the edge.
• The edges will be rounded with ~1/8" radius. This should result in about 3/16" flat area on the edge.
• There will be 10 LEDs arranged around the edge of the upper (larger) end of the device. The LEDs will be mostly imbedded but the lenses will be slightly raised where they will be at least partially visible from the front. The LEDs will be rounded rectangles in the order of 1/4" long The LEDs will be labeled 1-10 increasing in a clockwise direction. The numerals will be on the face raised in the margin between the button and the edge.
• There will be two additional buttons on the edge at approximately 8 O-Clock and 4-O-Clock positions. the buttons should be easily distinguishable from the LEDs by touch. They should be mostly sunken so as to prevent accidental pressing.
• There will be an attachment point on the edge of the narrow end for attaching a lanyard.
• There will be a USB-C charging port on the left edge of the device spaced nearish to the lanyard attachment point.
• The body of the device will be grey plastic. The face button, two side buttons will be black as well as the siliconized back. The 10 LED lenses will be clear plastic lenses.
