Project Details:
We have some drawings/photos that are to be converted into 3D objects.
This is a first object out of a whole series. So this project is a trial run.
We are currently using a simple CAD programme called "Sweet Home 3D".
We would start with a simple drawing first. It is about the picture (Empfangstheke_Barbereich.pdf) in the attachment. It is a counter that consists of two different elements.
Element 1 is a corner piece with each edge length from the top of 666mm and a maximum height of 1123mm.
Element 2 is an extension piece with a length of 800mm and a maximum height of 1123mm.
The depth, edges, etc. can only be calculated from the proportions shown.
There is also a file which contains the object allready as CAD-Object, but with our software we can´t open it. I attached it as well: VH-Zero-Theke-L-Vierer.pyo
There is a third element which is not shown, but which also needs to be designed.
Element 3 is like element 2, but with a length of 400mm and a maximum height of 1123mm.
These three elements need to be converted.
Follow-up projects:
If this works out well, we will have quite a few more such objects in the near future. These will be chairs, tables, appliances like ovens, dishwashers, kitchen elements, showcases, logos and more.
It would also be good if you are familiar with "Sketchup 3D", because we might convert our drawing from Sweet Home 3D to it later. But that would be another project.
