Job Title: Pointcloud to topographic survey Drafter
Location: Philippines (Full-Time Remote)
Salary: ₱45,000 per month (based on experience)

We're looking for a talented topographic Surveying Drafters who is passionate about technical drafting and eager to grow within our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Process 3D laser scanning point cloud data using software such as Leica Infinity or similar programs.
Create accurate topographic survey plans using data derived from point clouds.
Provide energy and utilities drafting services, including creating technical drawings, plans, and diagrams for the design, construction, and maintenance of energy and utility infrastructure.
Deliver all drawings and models within established deadlines.
Review and revise drawings to maintain accuracy and adhere to industry standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to minimize revisions and meet project requirements effectively.
Required Experience and Skills:
Experience:
3-5 years in a similar role as a Drafter, Survey Draftsperson
Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in 3d AutoCAD
Experience with 12d and point cloud processing software is highly desirable.
Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret survey data accurately and produce high-quality technical drawings.
Documentation Skills: Exceptional precision in managing and executing documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proactive: Takes initiative and shows enthusiasm for tasks.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
