Generate UV map from 3d model in marvelous designer-Browzwear-C-Design-Fashion-Romans CAD

Let’s say I have a model like this with multiple parts: body, hands…. We need to add material for each part. They use multiple maps.
But with this model, I just need to use 1 UV map for entire model
My request is, if there is anyway to generate 1 piece UV map like below, by importing above model to any 3D softwares such as: CLO3D, marvelousdesigner, Browzwear, C-Design Fashion, Romans CAD… then exporting 1 piece the map with white or transparent background?
I need a complete method, no matter what software involves, i can adapt
