Gay Pride-LGBT PNG to 3D Print File Creation

I'm looking to turn an existing png file into a 3D printable file made for use with plastic or resin materials. The desired dimensions for the final product are 3 to 9 inches. Please provide two variants of the design - one partially filled, and another solid. Experience in designing 3D models for printing and knowledge about material usage and limitations are required. Understanding of intricacies regarding both solid and partially-filled models would be an added advantage. Alsothe designs must be true to colors, so that the final prints will look like the original png characters.

Id like the price to do just one of the characters, thought a quote for each one, and for all would be noce. But im looking to do one right now.
