Garden Centre Architectural Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
As the client, I am in need of a well-planned architectural design for a medium sized (1,000-5,000 square meters) garden centre. This establishment will mainly focus on a retail area for garden products, a semi indoor outdoor space for pots and indoor plants and a landscape supplies yard. The design should facilitate easy navigation and should include spaces for displaying a vast array of garden products.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Extensive experience in commercial building design
- Familiarity with designing garden centres or similar retail spaces
- Knowledge of aesthetic and functional design for retail spaces
- Understanding of crowd flow dynamics
- Ability to work within provided space limits.
When we engage I can share a layout of the land I already own where we would like to build the nursery and landscape yard which will make the space that we have available more clear.
The design should consider the following specifics:
1. Maximized Retail Space: The design should prioritize space for product display, allowing for diverse products.
2. Landscape Supplies Yard: The design should include space for selling landscape supplies.
3. Adequate Space for Customers: Customer ease should be prioritized, ensuring easy navigation around the centre.
I look forward to working with someone who can provide creative and practical solutions to meet these project demands.
