GTA Vice City Tesla Cybertruck Design

I'm in need of a talented 3D modeling expert who can help me create a customized design for a Tesla Cybertruck. The project is relatively simple, but requires a keen eye for design and the ability to apply a specific color scheme and pattern to the vehicle. The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Create a detailed 3D model of the Tesla Cybertruck
- Implement a wrapping design on the body of the Tesla Cybertruck, inspired by the game GTA Vice City
- Apply the color scheme of Chrome Turquoise, Chrome Rose Satin, Pearl White & Black
- Create a pattern that reflects the GTA Vice City theme
You should have prior experience in 3D modeling and a good understanding of vehicle design and wrapping.
