Fusion 360 convert mesh to 11 components

I have downloaded a mesh 3D file and i need it to be made into a component to then be sliced into the 11 different pieces, i have an image of the different pieces that i want it turned into and have all the sketches.
I need the file to be converted so that i can open it in fusion 360 if you use a different program.
