Fusion 360 - F-106 RC Jet Project

Job ID: 34435550

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

HI, Im a RC jet designer and working on a 1/6 scale F-106 , my goal is to create 3d and 2D model of the jet at 1/6 scale so I can create molds to build the model in composite materials. I'm learning fusion 360 and have imported a existing 3d model but struggling with converting the meshed model and adding changes needed to the model. I have uploaded the Fusion file I have started for your review. Not sure this service fits within my budget but specifically here's what I need done :
1. Smooth out edges of imported mesh (no facets) and create a solid model or something that can be edited and changed in fusion. All model pieces need to be a shell design (hollow inside) wall thickness TBD, fuselage and wings will need to be split in half to create separate molds
2.Make changes to model that will allow molding and access to interior when finished , i.e on fuselage need 2 access hatch's (separate molded pieces) , In 3d model, fuselage will need a hatch in center top ( engine access) and canopy area (electronics access). The hatch size we be defined by me and will need to be separate 3d models, shape and size will match the current fuselage so just need to cut them out of existing model and add molded edges for rigidity.
Also need the front section of Fuselage ( about 48" from nose tip) made into a separate section from aft part of fuselage, finished model needs this in order to transport.
3. Root section of wing needs to be added to solid model of fuselage
4. Wing airfoil needs to be modified
5. Wing ailerons and elevons need to separate pieces for molding
6. Vertical stabilizer and rudder need to be separate pieces for molding
7. Add interior bulkheads and ribs in fuselage and wings per provided design guidance
8. Create shell 3d models of provided wing tanks
9. Create exterior molds for 3d printer, mold dimensions to be provided
That's about all I can think of for now but I'm sure there is a few others, let me know if you have any questions, would be best to discuss project in more detail if we come to agreement .

Thanks
Jerry
