3D Furniture & Interior Visualizer Development

I'm in need of an experienced 3D designer who can create a modern and sophisticated 3D furniture and interior visualizer for our upcoming Welcome Center project. #No #AI created conetnt pleaase !
The project is a welcome center for migrants and refugees and it is just an idea to find sponsors and supporters to realize it.
The Welcome Center is now at the moment Fitness Center https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=7RNha3UYXjp
For this reason, we need to visualize our idea. This can help us to communicate the creative and innovative idea and attract people to get involved financially and on a voluntary basis.
Souterrain 300qm: We want to create a café for sustainable and fair trade here. It is also a meeting place where various events, seminars and workshops can take place. There will also be a children's corner in one corner. The café will be family-friendly.
The café will consist of wooden furniture. The chairs and cabinets will also be made of wood and metal. The whole place will have an industrial design. You can take inspiration from the interior design of Starbucks.
The ground floor with 300 qm will be a reception and consultation center. There will be several individual consultation tables and several rooms for individual and group consultations. There will also be high tables here. The reception tables with standing desks will give people a welcome impression. There will also be high tables for counseling. It is also good to place sofas and armchairs in the corners.
On the second floor with 360 qm there will be training rooms of around 30 m2, 50m3 and 40me respectively. There will also be several small glass cabins for telephone calls. These cabins will be equipped with a small table for a laptop and a tablet so that people can make calls in privacy. There will also be a large open lounge with tables and chairs for open seminars and workshops. It is also good to place sofas and armchairs in the corners. There will also be a lounge with sofas, chairs and tables.
Workroom on the 2nd floor with 365. An open working space for around 24 people is created here. Two people will sit opposite each other at each table, there will be a large table as well as a chest of drawers and a filing cabinet. There will also be two conference rooms of 30 square meters each with a table and chairs. There will also be 5 telephone booths with a chair.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Experience in UI/UX design, particularly for 3D visualizers.
- Strong understanding of interactive design principles.
- Ability to create photorealistic renderings with advanced lighting effects.
- Ideally, experience in similar projects or in the furniture/interior design industry.
