Full time designer for monthly work on a contract

I am looking for a designer willing to work for monthly pay. You will provide 60 designs per month for $500 pay. The work is relatively easy as I only need the fronts of the designs and the back should be flat. I am looking for characters mostly but animals, flowers etc will be also on the list. The pay inst negotiable and I know this is not for everyone so please dont message me unless you are happy with the agreement :) I have attached some designs that I am needing done so you have an idea.
