I'm in need of a full-time estimator who can calculate interior and exterior square metre areas for various commercial painting projects. The estimator needs to take into account the following surfaces: walls and ceilings, doors and windows, as well as trim and moldings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating the size of surfaces to be painted
- Including materials costs in calculations
- Providing the best price for each project
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in estimating for commercial painting projects
- Excellent understanding of surface area calculation
- Ability to provide cost-effective estimates
