Full-Stack 3D Planner Website

The goal is to build a production-ready web application that offers an experience comparable to the IKEA planner shown here: https://www.ikea.com/addon-app/storageone/billy/web/latest/in/en/?productId=00522047#/planner.
Using React + TypeScript on the front end and 3 JS for the graphics layer, the site must deliver real-time 3D visualisation with three key interactions:
• product customisation (materials, colours, dimensions)
• full 360-degree orbit and pan controls
• virtual placement of items within a user-defined room

Back-end services should be containerised with Docker, exposed through an OpenAPI-documented REST layer, and deployed to Azure via Terraform. MongoDB will hold product and user data, while Neo4J will capture relational data such as recommendations and compatibility rules.

I expect:
• a polished, responsive UI built with React, TypeScript and modern state management
• performant 3 JS scenes that load quickly and maintain smooth frame rates
• secure account handling, session management and basic checkout scaffolding
• CI/CD scripts, Terraform IaC and Azure resources that spin up with one command
• Docker-based local dev environment mirroring the cloud setup
• complete source, seeded databases, and OpenAPI documentation delivered through a repo

Acceptance will be based on the entire feature set working end-to-end in an Azure subscription I provide, with no manual fixes required after deployment.
