I’m building a destination resort and need a complete, presentation-ready package—everything from the master site layout right through to a photorealistic walk-through. Visual appeal is my top driver, so every drawing should celebrate aesthetics while still solving the practicalities of flow, services, and guest comfort. The architectural language I’m after is an eco-minded, fabricated-structure look that feels light on the land yet upscale.

Core brief
The property will host a mix of units:
• 2 family duplex cottages (2 bed, 2 bath, living, sitting deck, plunge pool)
• 2 suite cottages (1 bed, 1 bath, living , plunge pool)
• 4 premium cottages
• 6 deluxe cottages
Landscape design must weave in lush garden spaces, informal walking trails, and inviting outdoor seating areas that blend into water bodies and decked pathways.
Required drawing set (PDF + editable CAD)
1. General site plan with zoning and circulation
2. Cottage plans, elevations, and sections for every type listed
3. Reception building drawings
4. Restaurant drawings
5. Swimming-pool layout & details
6. Full structural set
7. Water-supply and drainage layout
8. Electrical plan with façade lighting scheme
9. Landscape plan (integrating the specified garden, trail, and seating features)
10. External development drawings (roads, parking, signage, lighting)
11. STP & utilities
12. Detail sheets for gazebos, decks, watch tower, pathways, water bodies
13. Plumbing schematics
14. Bill of Quantities
15. High-resolution 3-D renders + animated walk-through
Deliverables will be reviewed on clarity, consistency with the eco-fabricated style, and overall aesthetic quality. Provide interim PDFs for comments; final hand-over in both PDF and layered CAD formats, along with all render scene files.
