Full Home Interior Design Package
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m ready to proceed immediately with a comprehensive interior design package for my full residence and am looking for a designer who can deliver all required outputs within a four-week timeline.
The scope includes all areas of the home: living room, dining room, master and guest bedrooms, multipurpose room, kitchen, laundry, foyer, corridors, as well as the surrounding swimming pool area.
The desired style is distinctly Traditional—timeless detailing, rich textures, cohesive color palettes, and classic furnishings that remain comfortable and practical for everyday living. I expect this aesthetic to be applied consistently across all spaces while respecting the functional requirements of each.
Deliverables Required:
* Concept boards illustrating the overall traditional design direction and flow between spaces
* Detailed space planning and scaled furniture layouts for all areas, including the poolside zone
* Full wall elevations, along with reflected ceiling plans and floor layouts showing all elements (AC grilles, lighting, finishes, furniture, etc.)
* Complete material, finish, and color specifications (flooring, wall treatments, millwork, fabrics, lighting) suitable for direct supplier coordination
* 3D visualizations or rendered elevations to clearly present the final design intent prior to approval
* A concise procurement schedule including product references, quantities, and estimated lead times
* Installation drawings and notes for contractors, covering joinery, lighting placement, and custom-built elements

Please provide a clear milestone plan that ensures full delivery within four weeks.
Technical Requirements:
Kindly confirm your ability to work in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max, as these formats are required for coordination with my contractor.
Experience:
Please share examples of traditional-style projects, particularly those involving full-home design under tight timelines, highlighting your ability to manage multiple spaces efficiently.
