Freelance Interior Designer with 3D Modeling Expertise - Redesigning 2 Rooms with 3D Modeling
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are in search of a skilled and versatile interior designer who specializes in 3D modeling to assist us in reimagining two medium-sized rooms within our home. The project involves transforming our current living room and dining room spaces, each spanning between 200-500 sqft, to better suit our needs and preferences.
Having resided in our home for over two decades, we've struggled to define a purpose for these spaces despite numerous attempts at rearranging and refurnishing. We seek a solution that addresses our long-standing dissatisfaction and fulfills our needs.
Current State:
Our home features one big, large open living space area divided into multiple sections (1 entrance, 1 TV living room in a corner nook, 1 dining room, 1 "social" living room) and we're looking to reassess and potentially swap two of these sections:
Living Room: It only consists in a bean shaped couch with a little coffee table. This area lacks wall access and feels somewhat "in the middle" due to the presence of sliding doors on 2 sides. However, it benefits from ample natural light.
Dining Room: The current dining room, which also doubles as an office space, suffers from low lighting and limited space, making it feel cramped and obstructive to movement.
These two spaces are interconnected within the larger open living area, presenting an opportunity to reconfigure their layout and functionality to better suit our needs.
We are planning to upload photos of the current spaces tomorrow as well as a floor plan.
Desired Changes:
Living Room Section: We envision this space to be inviting, cozy, and functional for various activities, excluding a TV setup. Ideally we want it to be a space where we can settle in to read, play board games, and chill.
Dining Room (Also Used as Office): We want to transform this area into a multifunctional space suitable for dining and office use. Note : There is a dining table in the kitchen for every day meals, this is more for family meals.
We are only wanting to refurnish and redecorate the spaces, we do not want to repaint or do any major works (breaking walls, redo electricity etc.). Please take this into account when proposing designs.

Visualize and propose various design options and concepts through detailed 3D models.
Efficiently plan the placement of furniture and decor to optimize space and functionality.
Provide suggestions for furniture, decoration items, and lighting to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of each room.
