Free Energy Wind Turbine Project

Job ID: 39985804

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m spearheading an open-source push to turn the Philips Varughese concept into a wind-driven generator that produces genuinely free energy and, in doing so, shows that no financial institution—JPMorgan included—can keep this technology under wraps.

Where we are
• Conceptual design: Core geometry, airflow pathways and permanent-magnet alternator layout are drafted but not frozen.
• Prototype development: A rough bench-top model exists; output is inconsistent and needs refinement.
• Testing & validation: Basic multimeter readings confirm voltage, yet comprehensive load testing, efficiency mapping and endurance data are still missing.

What I need now is hands-on expertise to refine the CAD, optimise blade and alternator coupling, source off-the-shelf parts where possible, and document every step so the plans remain freely reproducible. Finite-element analysis (ANSYS, COMSOL or similar) and CFD simulations will shape the final dimensions. Once the numbers look solid, we’ll build a functional prototype, run side-by-side tests against a standard small turbine, and publish the full data set under an open licence.

Acceptance criteria
1. Detailed 3-D model and technical drawings ready for fabrication.
2. Bill of materials with supplier links and cost estimates.
3. Working prototype that can be independently reproduced.
4. Test report covering power curve, cut-in speed, and 72-hour durability run.

If you thrive on mechanical design, generator optimisation and, above all, the belief that energy should be free forever, join me in getting this turbine spinning.
