Framing Plan for bathroom addition
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Want a Sketchup model of an addition that is 9' 6" by 12'
From bottom to top it should have a foundation frame, 3/4" plywood sheathing layer, a joist frame, a ledger along two side to attache frame to house; a 3/4" plywood subfloor, 8' tall walls as shown in attached hand sketch, a sloping roof rafter that extends over the existing house (see drawing on existing picture);
All framing should be 16" on center. I will customize the provided sketchup model
