3D Football Stadium Model Creation

I'm in need of a competent 3D designer to create an intermediate level 3D model of a football stadium. The model should include seating, but does not need to be high detail with interiors. The primary purpose of this model will be for marketing and presentations, so it needs to be visually appealing and well-structured.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Previous experience with creating stadium models
- Understanding of football stadium design
