CT to Fluoroscopy Rigid Registration (Vertebrae Matching) Expert
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We need an expert in medical image registration to help match vertebrae between a pre-procedure CT volume and an intraoperative fluoroscopy image.
The task includes:
- Rigid registration using segmented vertebrae from CT and vertebrae visible in fluoroscopy.
- Extracting transformation parameters (translation, rotation, scale).
- Applying the same transformation to overlay a pre-generated heart DRR onto the fluoroscopic image.
Input files (CT, segmentation masks, DRRs, and fluoro image) will be provided.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SimpleITK, MONAI, VTK, or 3D Slicer
- Strong background in medical image registration
- Python or C++ preferred
